This is one of that unfortunately very small list of Sauternes producers that work properly and do not chaptalize stickies. And the result is usually superb.
Last night had another one from that restricted club, Ch. Guiraud 1989, deep amber colour, on first pouring quite short on the palate, after about 15 minutes superb orange zest and quince notes.
