[TN] Bouchard Inforescence BdN

Tonight, Andrew wanted to make pasta and Jean wanted Champagne, so with a dinner of capellini and salmon we had:

NV Cedric Bouchard Inflescence Blanc de Noirs nose: slightly toasty, green apples and citrus palate: rich, creamy, crisp acidity

This was our first taste of the wines of Cedric Bouchard, about which we've heard much talk. This was a lovely sparkling wine, balanced and food-friendly with richness that I found quite appealing.
