TN: Musar, '97 Bern. Doc. Auslese, Brun

Dale, I think that Musar ceased to be a good value some time in the early '90s. However, I've continued to buy it in limited quantities for two reasons. The first was to support a positive influence in the troubled Beka'a Valley. Admittedly, this is a far cry from donating aid money to CARE, but on balance I'm happy to send some $ the way of the Hochar family rather than to Jess Jackson or BRL Hardy ;-) Secondly, my sister-in-law is a lung transplant patient, and her surgeon -- a wonderful man who's taken great care of her -- is Lebanese by birth and a wine lover. Every chance I get I pass on a bottle of Musar to give to him as a "thank you" present.
