We opened our only bottle of this last Sunday and poured a half glass for tasting. My wife (AKA the palate) thought it was pleasant, had nice legs and some spice. I thought it was OK. Put the cork back in to save it for the immediate future, which was last night. My wife sautéed some onion and mushrooms, added some thin sliced grilled steak (leftover from Sunday) and some TBC to the pan. We then placed this on fresh bakery buns (open faced), added some cheese, and placed them under the broiler. All I can say is yum! We had the remainder of the TBC with our meal and it was good, with a nice finish. I don't think I would purchase a truckload of TBC, but I would certainly purchase a few bottles to have on hand for casual meals.
