Hello,

I am selling the following bottles of wine. I live in the Phoenix, AZ area. Because of state laws I cannot ship the wine. If you are interested please feel free to email me at snipped-for-privacy@yahoo.com or call 480-560-0963

2 Bottles - Chateau Calon Segur - 1982 - Grand Cru Classic - $140 each.

1 Bottle - Ridge California Cabernet Sauv - Monte Bello - $265

1 Bottle - Chateau Figeac - St. Emilion - Premier Grand Cru Classic - 1982 - $200

1 Bottle - Shafer - Napa - Cabernet Sauv - 1996 - $65

1 Bottle - Woodbridge - Portacinco - 1994 - $35

1 Bottle - Harrison - Napa - Cabernet Sauv - 1996 - $70

1 Bottle - Pine Ridge - Napa Valley - Stag Leap - Cabernet Sauv - 1996 - $65

2 Bottles - Lancaster - Reserve - Alexander Valley -

1996 - $85 each

3 Bottles - DeMoor - Napa - Cabernet Sauv - 1984 - $175 each

2 Bottles - Beuler - Napa - Cabernet Sauv - 1984 - $170 each

No offense, but these prices are not going to attract any informed buyers! I don't know every wine on the list, but certainly '82 Calon Segur, '82 Figeac, and '96 Shafer are priced about average retail. I know MacArthurs had the Figeac recently for $150~

To consider buying from a private buyer (where I don't have any recourse in case of bad bottles), I am only interested at a 20% discount from low retail, and that's if I have some confidence re provenance. I'd suggest you put them on Winecommune and hope for the best.

good luck! Dale

And so were the prices of the OP. Calon Segur -82 never was a very good wine in my cellar - it didn't live up to early expectations and you may have my last bottle for 50USD giving me a nice profit on the original 10USD investment... Anders

Whoah Dave, these prices are way over the top! I can buy the Bordeaux significantly cheaper here in Australia.

Disagree with that Anders. I quite like the '82. It is still holding up well as I would expect it to do. Had this together with the '82 Phelan Segur last Saturday. Both were good, but I preferred the former.
