wine website question?

What is the single most important thing about a wine website? I'm talking professional level not blogs here. Any thoughts? or are they all like plonk wine? How about what you hate the most?

Just a thought.

Hello mgeerts,

While that site may be informative, it is lacking aesthetically. Some pages have the appearance of a student's project. The wine website which impresses me the most is penfolds.com.

They are going through a major reorganization so there are some cosmetic inconsistencies, but for sheer depth of information ...

They are a wholesaler and don't sell to the public but their fact sheets are very detailed. The Wine Maps are especially interesting.
