I am making a grape juice wine with 2 pounds of sugar per gallon and a pound of honey per gallon. Is there a name for this wine/mead combination?

Also, are there any commervail meads out there?

A mead fermented from fruit and honey is called a melomel.

Yes. Lots. A little googling will help you here.

Actually a mead made with grape juice is called a Pyment. Bill Frazier Olathe, Kansas USA

John, you are right. It wasn't that much sugar and honey. It was a total of 2 pounds sugar and honey, about half and half.
