Anyone have a source for used lab equipment?

I am looking for the following:

burette for acid titration scale for measuring small items (grams) stir plate flasks

any suggestions?

No, but why do you want used glassware? New glassware isn't that expensive, and you know it isn't contaminated with anything nasty. The scale and stirplate are a different issue though.

I agree. I would not use used glassware. You never know what has been in it. There are some real nasty items that cannot easily be washed off glass. Certainly not with soap and water. Even the other items might be suspicious. You do not know what was splashed on them. I have been around labs and they scare me.

Try Cynmar.com. There is a lot of imported glassware and the pricing is good. It does not compare to Corning or Kimble, but I use it and it's good enough for the price. They sell some Corning and Kimble by the way. This is all new stuff, but very economical.

With that attitude you can figure it out yourself. The easy way by contacting osha or the hard way by poisoning yourself. No problem to me as long as I do not drink your wine.

This looks good, but I did not see any burettes listed

I think that is what I need for acid testing

What looks good? Cynmar? They have burettes and pipettes. They spell it buret.
