Anyone got a good cider recipe? Don't want a wine, but something lighter and fruitier. Kind of along the lines of Woodchuck cider. About 7% alcohol, and carbonated. Any suggestions?

Made 1 attempt at a cider. I didn't burst any bottles, but nave no idea why. I opened one and it shot a column of foam almost to the ceiling. What a mess. I'm going to try a couple different recipes, I just like being able to say that I made it myself.

Use Splenda to sweeten so that you don't blow up the bottles. That's the safest way to get a sweet product like Woodchuck at home. Warren Place
