The wife hit the demijohn with a pan and broke it. Apparently it was my fault because I was in the kitchen. (Woman's logic).
My condessa amaretto has gone weird too. I guess it is down to the amount of sugar in it but it has managed to have crystalline bubbles around the edge at the top and a big (4 inch) bubble in the middle.
