Hydrogen peroxide reacts 1:1 with free SO2 to produce SO3 - the anhydride of sulfuric acid. To reduce the concentration of free SO2 by 10 ppm in a liter of wine requires 0.01 g of H2O2, which would be about 0.33 ml of 3% hydrogen peroxide.
