Fresh Blackberries and mold

Okay, a friend gave me some fresh blackberries, but there was mold in the packages. I manually separated out every berry I saw with a speck of mold and threw them away, and then froze the good ones. Now, I make no claims to perfection, so it is entirely possible that I missed some mold specks here and there.

Question: Will the freezing process kill off the mold and make it safe to use these berries in wine? If not, is there any way I CAN use them?

I would not want to use fruit that has a lot of mold but I would not worry about a little.
