Hot and cold Sparkolloid

I have a peach wine that I made late last summer and I would like to fine it with Sparkolloid . The Sparkolloid that I bought is a cold mix and has no instructions with it. I went on Scott Laboratory's web sight and find that the cold mix is for clearing juice and the hot mix is for clearing wine. My question is, can I use the cold mix in wine and if so how to I use it?

Scott Labs recommends using the "hot mix" with wine, not the cold mix. Chalk this up to experience, buy some "hot mix" Sparkolloid and use that. That's my two cents.
