is there a new rec.crafts.winemaking faq ????

I searched the net but somehow I can not find a new FAQ for rec.crafts.winemaking.

I can find the last one being updated around 1999.

Is there someone amintaing this and where can I find it.

Excellent - thanks for that, I will give it a good look over when I get the chance. I never knew we had one either.

If I knew how I could probably maintain it; it is pretty useful. It's how i got on this newsgroup. Don Buchan started it.

There is a HUGE FAQ. It is called Ray nad pp and Paul and Joe and Dick and ... If you ask a question someone will answer it. We love our hobby and enjoy talking about it. The problem with a formal FAQ is we cannot agree what should go into it. We all use different proceedures. I like the fact that I have never seen anyone flamed for not checking the FAQ on this site.

It could be maintained starting from now. Just look at the questions passing buy, and look at the answers. Just collect all the answers to a question and the faq gets growing all the time.

Of course everybody hasd different opinions on how problems should be taken care off, so in the faq mention the multiple solutions to the answers and let the reader decide what option he/she would follow.

Remember it is a faq and not a book of rules.

Maintaining could be done as a simnple text file or as a HTML edited file which could be posted here every two weeks or so.

I think my English is not good enough, and besides that I am lacking time, otherwise I would give it a try.
