Leucofood and Leucovit

Oct 27, 2005 1 Replies

I just received 1 KG of Leucofood ML Nutrient and 10 grams of Leucovit ML Vitamin. I have calculated that I will require 0.2 grams of Leucofood and

0.02 grams of Leucovit for my 5 gallons of wine. I have a few questions about these products.

  1. If I were to put too much Leucovit will it hurt anything( I am digging out my scientific scale I used for inks but do not know if it will go down to 0.02 grams) .

  2. If I freeze these two products will they last for at least a year?

  1. Is there anyone that is doing a ML fermentation that may want to buy some of what I have?

Probably not. Why don't you weigh out 0.2 grams and eyeball 10% of that?

Freezing is not necessary. Dry storage in a cool place is sufficient.

Not I. I have a kilo too - a virtual lifetime supply!
