I am looking for recipe for Rowanberry wine. Can anyone help out?
I have considered adapting a recipe for Rowanberry Wine by substituting honey for sugar. Any thoughts?

A quick Google search yields at least five recipes on the first page of results. Have you looked at any of these?
Any time you substitute honey for sugar the resulting beverage will require longer aging.
