Hello:
What are the nuances in the making Muscat Wine?
In the midst of planting grapes right now. I can't help but wonder how to make good Muscat wine in the future when the vines are producing.
Planting: NewYork, Early Muscat and Muscat Blanc, mainly to see which produces best I suppose.
Also, anyone in Southen Oregon want a ~ dozen each Grenache, Merlot and/or Petit Syrah own rooted cuttings?
