I would like to make a large batch of hard apple cider. My apple trees took a years vacation this year and I have few apples. I want a pick up truck full of cull or windfall sweet apples suitable for cider. If they accidently fell into a cider press and were reduced to juice, that would be even better. I live in Central Eastern Ontario. I will swap for organic potatoes - varieties like Yukon Gold, Red Chieftan or Kennebec. I also have seed garlic.
