Believe me, I've tried to find a reliable answer on my own, but lost patience. I'm looking for a trustworthy temperature correction table. Also, as an example, if my sample is at 15C (10 degrees below the 25C standard) do I ADD to the number displayed, or do I SUBTRACT? Thank you again. Ken A.

Well, here is the table I found. It didn't copy well, but the three columns are Temp°C, Temp°F, and Correction Factor. You're suggesting to ADD .02, whereas this table says minus .3, which I assume means SUBTRACT .3 from the meter reading. This really has me confused. Help!

But again, you want to keep in mind that that table doesn't know what acids you're measuring, and so can't account for the difference is dissociation at different temperatures.
ATC cannot account for temperature differences in grape musts and wine.

Ray's estimate, and the table's value differ not only in direction, but also, one value is 15 times greater than the other. We're not even in the same ballpark here. I'll just take you guys' advice and measure at 77F. Thanks much! Ken A.
