Over the years, I've tried a number of substances to protect the screw of the press from one season to the next: glycerin, castor oil, olive oil, corn oil, etc. None has worked as well as I hoped.
What do you folks do?

Thanks, Lum. I see it's in the new catalog, which just arrived.
Geez, I've been buying stuff from PIWC for about 40 years, but never thought to look in their catalog for grease.
