Quality of grapes ( Brehm )

Hey, no one to give feedback on this ? Did anyone have experience with Brehm freeze must and what are the best amongst the variety I mentionned above ?

I can tell you that the Sonoma Mtn. Cab produces an awesome wine, but I can't compare it to any of the others. Also I haven't done any of their syrah

I've purchased the Stage Gulch Syrah and Sonoma Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon in various years. Both were high-quality grapes. You better get your order in pronto if you want some of this year's vintage.

I've sampled most of their offerings, and have rarely been disappointed. The viognier last year was REALLY sweet, and the pH was too high, but that's apparently not unusual for this grape. Their syrahs, cabs, merlots, and many of their whites like rieslings are wonderful.

The only one that wasn't so great was a zin that I suspect turned out smelly probably because of my inexperience rather than any problem with the grapes

Honestly, I make half of my wines from California grapes that are available here in MD in September and October, and half from Brehm, and the ones from Brehm are ALWAYS better.

Lee, where do you live in Maryland? I live in Brunswick. I may have a cheaper alternative for you than Brehm. I don't want to appear as if I am advertising for another company so send me an email and I will tell you my experience with another source.
