Usually contact the local coucil, only to find out it's a bank holiday and the garbage won't be taken out until Tuesday this week - 'put up with the stench for another day'.

Or, and this is a real novel idea, just use 'personal discretion', and ignore the tool-less copulators - the good stuff is still being posted, just skip the bad stuff. How many fractions of a second does it take to scroll past the crap?
