trisodium phospate to clean wine bottles?

Can anyone recommend or not recommend trisodium phosphate to clean wine bottles? Is it OK if the bottles are cleaned out really well and then sanitized?

I've never had to resort to anything that strong. For a vast number of bottles, a good rinse with hot water is enough. For bottles with mold (from leftover wine that people who gave me the bottles didn't care to rinse out) I use a household bleach solution.

The main concern is how thoroughly you can rinse off the cleaner - bleach is no problem, not sure about TSP.

You can always get the more expensive stuff like One Step or Diversol or whatever they're called if you're really concerned.

I've always just used diswashing soap and then lots of hot water to rinse. Whie I've made a lot of crappy wine, the bottles have never been the culprit.
