Hello all, I decided to take a walk on the wild side.... I had too many wine bottles with topping-up wine (under bung & airlock) for my gallon jugs. Since I didn't need them, I decided to try putting the excess together for a 1 gallon mystery red wine. I combined a little blackberry, pumpkin, dandelion, and a fair amount of strawberry. The mystery wine is under bung & airlock now. I'll let it sit for a couple of months, and then decided what to do then. We'll have to see whether this has been a tactical error or not. I was curious, if anyone else had done this; and if so, what did you combine and how did it turn out...? ;o) Darlene
