Hi There:
The recent thread on 'real wine' forces me to take stock and reconsider possibilities.
I would like to bump up the volume of blackberry wine and better utilize a 25L carboy SWMBO aquired for me. (Yes, she is much wiser than I.)
I have enough blackberry for 5 gallons but was wondering which of banana, rhubarb, or raisins might be a good adjunct that promotes or even improves blackberry. Or is there something else that is a good marriage with blackberry?
Any experience or advise is appreciated as always!
