We had a big honkin 3L Berringer 2000 Knights Valley Cab...Yumm..and we finished it!! Rob

We celebrated with Christmas Cranberry and West Texas Mesquite Mead.

We had my "Smoked Burgundy," a Burgundy aged with toasted french oak and smoked mesquite chips. I gave a lot of this wine away for Christmas, but am hoarding what is left. It is one of the best wines I have ever made.
