went to the vineyard yesterday bought my 5 gallon car boys of different > juices.

I don't think anything is ruined. You have a lot of sulfite, but I know others who have added 10+ times too much and eventually got fermentation going. Since the sulfite will react with oxygen you can lower the levels by pouring your juice back and forth between buckets a few times to aerate it well. You should be ok.

It is now very sterile, and I doubt it will ever reproduce.

As Greg suggested, aereate the wine by pouring the liquid back and forth. Then wait 24-36 hours before pitching yeast.

A very simple way to manage this problem is to purchase additional juice to dilute the sulfite level. If this is not practical, even a small amount would be helpful.
