Vintner merlot kit done 3 days ago but no bubbles yet?

How long is a piece of string????
Did you properly clean, sterilize and RINSE all your equipment (by rinse I mean at least three times)?
Are you sure the fermenter is air-tight and not leaking?
Did you half fill the bubbler with water (not steriliser)?
You didn't chuck in the Stabiliser instead of the Yeast? :-)
Is it warm enough (17-24 c)?
Hope this helps and hope vino turns out to be a gudun.
