Where can I find corn sugar??

Where can I find corn sugar? I like to use corn sugar when I add sugar to sweetened to taste. I buy it at a winery now for a dollar per pound. I would like to bulk purchase it locally, but do not know who would carry it. Anyone have any idea? Thank You

Is there a reason you need corn sugar instead of cane sugar? You are going to pay a premium for corn sugar, where cane sugar is on the shelf at every food store. IIRC, corn sugar is 'less sweet' by volume than cane sugar, so you would be both adding less sugar and saving money by using cane sugar.

I've bought corn sugar online (bulkfoods.com, nayyy) and from my LHBS and paid about $1/lb, but use cane sugar for everything now and notice no difference. Try a local homebrew store.

Corn sugar is used extensively, almost exclusively, by BEER brewers. Call yer local homebrew shop. Yer welcome! Blobert
