Winemakers
I have two fifty gallon drums of wine, one batch is Leon Millot & the other is Marechal Foch. The wines are really clear, a little on the dry side. This being my first time with Oak Barrels what am I looking for and how long would I leave it the barrels . I guess what am I suppose be looking for ??
