With all due respect why would anyone want to make wine from rye?
Maybe beer, but wine?

People make barley wine... maybe the original poster was looking for a rye whisky recipe?
well the main grain types being , wheat, barley, rice and rye. The first three recipes seem to be available the later who knows. Stephen.
