I have 3 wines made from grapes last fall (Merlot, Syrah and a cabernet) the Cabernet and syrah hav a bitter sour taste to them. Can anybody help and point me in the right direction in how to fix this or let me know what the problem could be. I thought perhaps oversulfited perhaps?
any help would be appreciated
