My first Korean green tea

Last week I got a Korean tea called King Green from my local tea shoppe. Immediately, it reminded me of another green tea taste but I knew it wasn't Japanese sencha. It turned out to be similar in taste to a Nilgiri green. It is acrid in the nose and mouth. Surprisingly it glides down the throat and doesn't warm the stomach. I think this would be an excellent tea with kimchi or sushi. It is a little too much on its own. The residual taste causes the taste buds to salivate.

PS Any tea taste is just what it is. I don't make judgements. I appreciate the variety.
