Does Green Tea help in losing weight -=does it act like an appetite suppressent
It is a way to make water palatable without adding calories. And drinking water suppresses appetite. Black tea works the same way!

Got a reference? The only thing I found was a study saying that caffeine does NOT affect blood sugar, which would contradict your assertion.
