A nice little hefeweizen..

Those are patterned after completely different styles of beer. Belgian wit and Bavarian hefeweizen both use wheat, and both are cloudy, but they use entirely different types of yeast and have completely different flavor profiles.

Sounds intriguing. Must be Eastern beers I assume, as I have never seen them out here on the West Coast. The only attempted Alts I've had here were brewed by Widmer and Alaskan and Alts they ain't, at least not Dusseldorf-style Alts.

Ms. Phrawglette is nothing if not a quick study. She has also made a recommendation for a good beer bar about an hour or so north of where I live; it is one I have yet to visit.

Smart chicks rule, and you know it.

Not just a recommendation, but an outstanding invitation to join me. How I enjoy your company over beer (and parting hugs).

**Heh. I think you should take Chuck along for another language- course session in Bamberg. Yes, I know *your* German is very much up to snuff.
