A coworker hooked me up with a bottle of the Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA. I expected it to be a hop monster, but it was actually pretty balanced. It wasn't in your face like some of the West Coast IPAs. Good stuff.

Both the 60 and 90 are very well balanced, with plenty of malt to back up a lot of hops. I like breweries that remember that malt's a good thing, even in a hoppy beer.
The 120, however, is just a fecking mess.

The 60 minute is great stuff. If you get a chance to visit one of their 2 brewpubs start tasting along with one of their signature fish "sandwiches" that are really dinners.
