When I go out to eat, like many folks, I enjoy a nice beer or two.
I usually go for the interesting beer they might have on tap, but it seems no matter what I order, be it draft or bottle, they are many times FLAT. When I complain to the server-person, I usually get a "Deer-in-the-headlights" look., and perhaps an offer to get me a different beer ( which is usually flat too)
I've suggested to some of the managers that their glasses where not clean, but of course they are quick to scoff that off.
. When I pour a beer into any glass out of my cupboard at home, I always get a nice head, which lasts long, and shows "legs" Is there some chemical restaurants might be using to cause this flat beer syndrome?
