For starters, since when has Guinness been a craft brewer?

Perhaps at one time Guinness was a very high quality beer , it now lives on a reputation it doesn't any longer deserve.For example I believe it's brewed to double strength and watered down later.Common among big brewers but not craft.

From what I've seen it seems to be being over-watered. This based on the fact that at one time looking at a pint sitting on the table with the light behind it would show a "pint of the black stuff" whereas these days a better description would be a "pint of the brown stuff" since you can just about see through it.

Tastes watered down too (I was offered a half to test)

Just like the Guinness I drank in Ireland recently. Nothing like the rich bitter brew I remember from years back. :-(
