Yes. The first step is to eat a meal of cabbage, brussel sprouts, onion and garlic. Then go to the pub and drink many pints (preferably gallons

- the more beer, the better the quality of the VX gas). Then have a very hot curry, I'd recommend a phall, but good results have also been obtained with vindaloo. Be sure to include side portions of curried vegetables, and onion bhajis. Put your bed in the smallest room possible in your house, seal all the window and door gaps and go to sleep (if you can, the phall sometimes prevents a good night's sleep). If you wake up in the morning, appreciate the aroma of the VX gas. If you don't, well, it worked OK anyway.
