I don't know how good CI were as landlords but GK treat their tenants as shonet.
Oh dear, there goes the Monken Holt and the Florence then.
well GK certainly like to sweat their assets more I think is the business speak term for it :)
GK also dont go in for the individualistic approach either, always thought that was one of CI's assets, in that in never felt like just a chain of pubs, they were just well run places, serving good beer.
saying that im not sure Fullers would have been any better an owner in those respects, its just it wouldnt have felt like GK was doing its normal trading thing.
