While visiting the UK last year for the first time to attend the Goodwood Revival we came across a great pub in Oving called the Gribble Inn. We're looking for other pubs in the area to visit with a similar beer selection and atmosphere. Any thoughts?

When you arrive buy a copy of (1) The CAMRA Good Beer Guide & (2) The Good Pub Guide - editor Alister Aird - available from any good bookshop
- Waterstones, Borders, or even W H Smith!
The former will give you pub recommendations from CAMRA based mainly on the quality of the beers - whilst the latter focuses more on the Pub's ambience, food, accommodation, facilities etc - but also comments on the beer range. A pub that hits in both books is usually a true diamond
Essential tomes for any outings in the UK - just packed mine away as we head out to sunny Cornwall !
