The West Berkshire branch of the Campaign for Real Ale is launching the CAMRA Good Beer Guide 2006 on Wednesday 12th October at 8pm at The Gun, Wash Common, Newbury, RG14 6HE. This pub is situated on the A343 about 1 mile south of Newbury town centre. This is your chance to buy a heavily-discounted copy of this essential guide. Over a third of the 4,500 pubs are new entries this year. The list price is £13.99. We are offering it to members who join us on the night for only £8.50. Plus the branch funds will allow us to buy you a free half pint of a beer of your choice for every purchase!
