I'd heard about this 40% off voucher that Thresher's had accidentally sent to a load more people than they intended, but I hadn't seen a copy until a friend emailed it to me. If it's true, it's sounds a great way of saving on some of the (albeit non-beery) Xmas tipples.

The trouble with this is that Thresher's prices are about 40% more than the supermarkets.
There's been considerable speculation as to how 'accidental' the release of this voucher is.

It's only cheaper than Threshers normally do, not cheaper than others. A colleague who left today could give you chapter and verse.
An advert would suggest that I had something to do with Threshers, I don't.
