'One' are bringing in a new timetable in December with good tricks like bringing forward the time of the last train from 11:06 to 10:30 on the main line, and expecting people to make bike reservations for local journeys.
Who/what (apart from the press and local MP) are the railway bodies who are supposed to oversee this sort of thing. [I lost the plot with SRA and Off-Rail etc many years ago]
