I have been contemplating starting up a micro brewery/restraunt for some time now. This would be an extreme change for me as far as work is concerned. I am wondering if there is anyone out there that is currently running a micro brewery that would be intersest in having someone hang around for a couple of days to see the process form the inside out. I have a lot of quesitons, way too many to list here.
