I haven't brewed any beer since I live in Hawaii 10 year's ago, so I may need some help. My neighbor has all the equipment I just need to be pointed in the right direction. What I need is a basic beer brewing 101 course. can someone point me in the right direction.

Since you have brewed before, even though it was some time ago, I would say, go to a local homebrew supply shop, or online store, and get a grain/extract recipe. And maybe pick up Charlie Papazian's "The Complete Joy Of Homebrewing", if you don't already have it. I would also start with an ale. Welcome back to the craft. Cheers,
