I think beer made from scorpions tastes quite good.I prefer beer made from spiders a little bit, but I think scorpion beet could be successful,too.
What do you think?

I made a really good Amber Lager that had a bunch of flies floating in it. There was a great head. It's probably because of all those proteins that were in there.
I've never even seen scorpions in NJ, so I can't comment on your recipe.
