Hello, I want to brew this summer but I don't have a cool environment for fermentation. Are there any recipies I could brew that could stand tempuratrues in the 80's?

Try a Belgian saison or golden ale, they're normally fermented at high temps, which give them fruity and spicy characteristics. No matter what you make, you can expect it to be very fruity in taste and aroma. Just so you know.
Not really...even most Belgians aren't fermented at that high a temp.

It depends on the yeast, and there are new varieties coming out all the time. Check White's site for a yeast that won't produce fusel alcohols at high temps. If not this year, maybe next year.
It's definitely going to be an ale, not a lager.
Do your brewing in the winter and your drinking in the summer.
I live in the SW US desert, home is air-conditioned, usually in the high 70's to 80. Ales do just fine. Good luck. Brew on brother!

in ancient times in warm climates they built a pit in the ground to make their beers. in a shaded area. even doing it around trees drops the temp.
does that give you any ideas ?
