carbouy question

I'm thinking of using this for the first time instead of priming straight to the bottle and I wanted to know measurements of how much sugar (metric weight please) per litre of racked-off wort.

Please, keep it metric - for my sake. :)

For 19 liters (5 gallons), you could start with 140 grams (5 ounces) of corn sugar. This should give you medium carbonation. Adjust up or down depending on beer style and your preferences.

Look at this link

It calculates priming rates by weight, also in metric
