co2

just bought a keg and co2 for my beer.have been using bottles up to now. put my first batch in the other day to force carbonate it let it set for a few days . the pressure gauge was reading 800 psi. I drew two beers to drink and now it's says it's empty this can't be normal .I have the co2 tank in the fridge with the beer would this have any affect on the co2 tank.

any Ideas whats wrong

thanks Jim

The pressure in the tank will drop when it is refrigerated. If the tank is indeed empty you likely have a leak. I have force carbonated and dispensed about 12 cornies off a 5 pound cylinder over the past year and a half, and the tank still has some in it.
